Master Zhou started learning Chinese Martial Arts (commonly also known as Kung Fu, or Wushu) from a young tender age of 5. Since then, he has studied under numerous famous masters and acquired many skills in his journey to attain wushu excellence. Some of these include:

Besides coaching, Master Zhou also participated and won in a number of competitions; these include
- 2 times Champion for All China Xing Yi and Xin Yi Quan,
- Winner of 2 gold and 1 silver in the China and World Championship for Internal Martial Arts.

Master Zhou, who is also the Chairman and Chief Coach for Shanghai Min Qiang Martial Arts Association (上海市民强武术协会会长兼总教练）, is currently in Singapore.
He is available for quality coaching; ranging from one-on-one for the wushu enthusiast to groups who like to keep fit and at the same time learn an art of self defense.
